Damage to Painted Surface on Tailgate
It has come to our attention that a large number of warranty claims have been submitted for paint repair on the tailgate due to incorrect length license plate attachment screws. Warranty claims with paint damage from the use of incorrect fastening hardware are not covered. The screws are to be used for license plate installation. Please see the table shown for the correct license plate attachment screws.
