Calling Up the Correct Service Item

Service Item Menu

To determine the actual "Service Items" required (Serv. 1-20 and additional work), you must call up the "Service Menu" in the multifunction display.

Calling up the service item menu

- Turn the key in EIS [EZS] control unit into position 1.
- Press the system selection button (S110s3) repeatedly until the odometer reading or temperature is displayed in the upper multifunction display (A1p13).

Multifunction Steering Wheel / Multifunction Display:

- Briefly press the trip odometer reset button (A1s3) 3 times.
An acoustic signal can be heard and the voltage is shown in the multifunction display (A1p13).

Service Menu Positions Screen:

- Press lower scroll forward/back button (S110s1) on the multifunction steering wheel until the "Service Menu" is shown at the top of the multifunction display (A1p13).
- Press the + and - buttons, adjustment of specific functions and volume control (S111s1) repeatedly until "Positions" is highlighted.
- Confirm selection with the lower system selection button (S110s3).
Read off and note service items to be performed.
- Press lower + and - buttons, adjustment of specific functions and volume control (S111s1) repeatedly to display and note down all the service items to be performed.
- Press upper system select button (S110s3) on the multifunction steering wheel repeatedly until the odometer or temperature reading is shown at the top of the multifunction display (A1p13).
- Turn the key in EIS [EZS] control unit into position 0.
