AR65.10-P-9080-01GZ Cut Out Antenna Module Cover Using Knife

Special Tools:

Workshop Equipment:

1. Clamp blade (4) in compressed-air tool (part of cutting tool kit) so that it is straight.

The blade WK1X is also required (not part of the cutting tool kit).

2. Moisten oil stone and sharpen both sides of blade (4) with machine switched on.
3. Clamp guide (5) in compressed-air tool (part of cutting tool kit) so that it is straight.
4. Lift seal (2) at A and insert long wedge (3).

Use the long wedge (3) to keep the blade (4) away from the seal (2).

5. Mask painted surfaces in working area with suitable fabric adhesive tape.
6. Cut through adhesive bead on antenna module cover (1) from outside at B, C and D, guiding blade (4) as closely as possible to antenna module cover (1).
7. Attach cup suction tool and lift antenna module cover (1).
