GF77.20-P-2006GH Opening Lamella Roof Function
- with CODE (417a) Lamella roof

Function prerequisites
- Voltage not too low or too high
- Switch-on conditions for convenience control fulfilled
- Lamella roof synchronized and
- as of 12.99: Extended-activity module (EAM, N10/1) coded accordingly.

Function
There are two methods for opening the lamella roof:

- Infinite positioning
The electronic evaluation circuitry in the right lamella roof motor (M12/3) reads in the status of the lamella roof switch (S13/4) and then actuates the motor while simultaneously actuating the left lamella roof motor (M12/4) connected in parallel. The lamella roof opens and can be positioned infinitely.

- Express open feature
When the lamella roof switch (S13/4) is actuated momentarily (< 0.3 s), the electronic evaluation circuitry actuates the motors until the end position "Lamella roof open" is recognized by the position measurement feature. The express open feature can be interrupted in progress at any time by any actuation of the lamella roof switch (S13/4).

Emergency actuation
If the drive is defective, the lamella roof can also be opened and closed manually with the aid of a steel crank (see Owner's Manual).

Vehicles up to 11.99:
The power right lamella roof motor (M12/3) is supplied for the via a fuse directly to c. 30.
The power to the lamella roof switch (S13/4) is supplied via the convenience relay (F1k14).

Vehicles as of 12.99:
The power for the right lamella roof motor (M12/3) is supplied via a fuse directly to the c. 30.
The power to the lamella roof switch (S13/4) extended-activity module is supplied via a lead to the (EAM, N10/1). This power is switched through only when the switch-on conditions for the convenience control are fulfilled and the EAM is coded accordingly.
