Air Mix Actuator

AIR MIX ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FULL-AUTO AIR CONDITIONER]

Driver-side

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the connector.

3. Remove the hook (1), remove the rod (2) from the air mix actuator link.






4. Remove the screw.






5. Remove the driver-side air mix actuator.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Passenger-side

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement Removal and Replacement

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Front scuff plate (Passenger-side) Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

b. Front side trim (Passenger-side) Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

c. Dashboard under cover Dashboard Under Cover Removal/Installation

d. Glove compartment Service and Repair

e. Lower panel (Passenger side) Lower Panel Removal/Installation

f. Shower duct (Passenger side) Removal and Replacement

3. Disconnect the connector.

4. Remove the screw.






5. Remove the passenger-side air mix actuator.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
