EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EGR PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC]

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

3. Remove the battery. Removal and Replacement

4. Remove the Battery tray and PCM component. Removal and Replacement

5. Remove the following parts. Service and Repair

- Air cleaner
- Charge air cooler
- Air hose
- Air duct

6. Set the throttle body out of the way. Service and Repair

7. Remove the EGR pipe.






8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
