Normal Operation
The universal transmitter receives voltage on circuit CLN09 (YE/GN) and is grounded through circuit GD139 (BK/YE).

Possible Causes
- fuse
- circuit CLN09 (YE/GN) open or short to ground
- circuit GD139 (BK/YE) open
- universal transmitter
