1UR-FSE INTAKE: INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR





(a) Temporarily install the actuator rod to the intake air control valve actuator.

(b) Install the intake air control valve actuator to the intake manifold with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the actuator rod to the intake air control valve actuator with the nut.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

HINT
When tightening the nut, hold the actuator rod in place so that it does not move.

(d) Connect the intake air control valve actuator connector.

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
