PARKING BRAKE: ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM: FAIL-SAFE CHART





HINT
*1: When brake hold control is operating, the parking brake is automatically set.

*2: Blinks only when lock control or release control request is received. For other cases, displays normally.

*3: Blinks only when lock control request is received. For other cases, displays normally.

o: Control continues

[Square]: "Depress the brake pedal" warning display is shown, and depressing brake activates control prohibition

X : Immediate control is not permitted

[Triangle]: Release control is performed, but release operation may not be performed depending on the type of malfunction. After the control, the parking brake indicator light (RED) blinks.
