Installation





SEAT: CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SWITCH (for Rear Side): INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

(a) Connect the connector to install the No. 2 switch wire.





(b) Install the curtain switch with the 2 screws.

(c) Attach the claw to install the wire harness clamp.





(d) Install the center armrest box with center armrest door with the 8 screws.





(e) Install the 4 screws.





(f) Connect the connectors and attach the wire harness clamps.

2. INSTALL CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Connect the connector to install the No. 2 switch wire.





(b) Install the curtain switch with the 2 screws.

(c) Attach the claw to install the wire harness clamp.





(d) Install the center armrest box with center armrest door with the 8 screws.





(e) Install the 4 screws.





(f) Connect the connectors and attach the wire harness clamps.

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

(a) Connect the 2 connectors.





(b) Attach the 17 claws to install the rear seat center armrest panel.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Connect the 2 connectors.





(b) Attach the 17 claws to install the rear seat center armrest panel.

5. INSTALL TELEVISION VOLUME AND SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Reassembly

6. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) Reassembly

7. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Reassembly

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) Installation

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Installation

10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) Installation

11. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Installation

12. CHECK REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the power seat operation Operation Check.

(b) Check the climate control seat system Operation Check.

(c) Check the seat vibration system Operation Check.
