Front Seat Cushion Heater

SEAT: FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Check the seat cushion heater.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat cushion cover.

(c) Check the seat cushion heater (wing part).





(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat cushion cover.

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Check the seat cushion heater.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat set (cushion assembly, occupant classification ECU and 2 nuts).

(c) Check the seat cushion heater (wing part).





(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat set (cushion assembly, occupant classification ECU and 2 nuts).
