SEAT: REAR SEATBACK HEATER (for Ottoman): INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.
1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
2. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH Reassembly
3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH Reassembly
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK BASE RH Reassembly
5. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP RH Reassembly
6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly
7. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly
8. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly
9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH Reassembly
10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH Reassembly
12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
13. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Reassembly

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly
21. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH Reassembly

23. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX (w/ Rear Console Box) Installation

27. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
28. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER Installation
29. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
30. CHECK REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
(a) Check the power seat operation Operation Check.
(b) Check the climate control seat system Operation Check.
(c) Check the seat vibration system Operation Check.
