SEAT: LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY (for Front Side): REMOVAL

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the front seat assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH Disassembly

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH Disassembly

5. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly

6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly

7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Disassembly

8. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH (except 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Disassembly

9. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD Disassembly

10. REMOVE SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH (BACK SIDE) (w/ Climate Control Seat System) Disassembly

11. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH





(a) for Driver Side:

(1) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(2) Remove the 4 bolts and 2 lumbar support adjuster motors from the seatback frame.

(b) for Passenger Side:

(1) Disconnect the connector.

(2) Remove the 2 bolts and lumbar support adjuster motor from the seatback frame.

(c) Detach the 4 clamps and remove the lumbar support adjuster.
