Reassembly

INTERIOR: REAR CONSOLE BOX (for Ottoman): REASSEMBLY

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE

(a) Attach the 3 clamps to install the console box wire.





2. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

3. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

4. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

5. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER NO.2 Installation

6. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET Installation

7. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH

(a) Install the seat vibrator switch and clamp.





8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE

(a) Connect the 3 connectors.

(b) w/ Cigarette Lighter:

Connect the 4 connectors.





(c) Attach the 10 claws to install the console armrest base.





(d) Install the inner tray with the 8 screws.





(e) Install a new cover and 2 seals.

9. INSTALL TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the television switch and volume.

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX

(a) w/ Disc Player:

Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.





(b) Install the console box with the 4 bolts.





(c) Install the 2 wire harness clamps and connect the 2 connectors.





(d) w/ Disc Player:

Connect the 2 connectors.

(e) Attach the 4 clips to install the rear seat console box rear panel.
