Fuel Door Release Actuator: Testing and Inspection

ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR ASSEMBLY: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FUEL LID MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the shaft stroke.





(1) Apply battery voltage to the lock control and check that the lock operates in the open direction.

OK:





If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid motor lock assembly.

(2) Check the shaft stroke.

Standard:

10.6 mm (0.417 in.) or more
