DESCRIPTION

This is the display signal circuit from the disc player to the display and navigation module display.

HINT
Only vehicles with a disc player have this circuit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK REAR SEAT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM

(a) Check the rear seat entertainment system.

B -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY - DISC PLAYER)
A -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear seat console box assembly Removal.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY - REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX)

(a) Disconnect the L114 display and navigation module display connector.

(b) Disconnect the R16 rear seat console box assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Problem Symptoms Table

4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY - DISC PLAYER)

(a) Disconnect the L114 display and navigation module display connector.

(b) Disconnect the R64 disc player assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Problem Symptoms Table
