How To Proceed With Troubleshooting





PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST SYSTEM: HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

Standard voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

3. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC*

(a) Refer to the DTC check / clear Intuitive Parking Assist System.

4. CHECK INITIAL CHECK FUNCTION

(a) Refer to the operation check Operation Check.

6. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*

(a) Refer to CAN communication system CAN Communication System.

HINT
The clearance warning ECU or parking assist ECU is connected to the CAN communication system. Therefore, be sure to check that there are no problems in the CAN communication system before performing troubleshooting.
