INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (BATTERY VOLTAGE)
(a) Using the Techstream, read the Data List.
Electric Power Control
OK:
11 to 14 V
NG -- INSPECT FUSE (VSSR)
OK -- REPLACE PASSENGER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK (ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL ECU)
2. INSPECT FUSE (VSSR)
(a) Remove the VSSR fuse from the engine room No. 1 relay block.
(b) Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL ECU (VB+ INPUT VOLTAGE)
(a) Disconnect the A69 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE PASSENGER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK (ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL ECU)
