B22A6
POWER SOURCE / WIRING: ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL SYSTEM: B22A6: THB Terminal Voltage Low
B22A6 - THB Terminal Voltage Low
DESCRIPTION
The battery temperature sensor inside the current sensor detects changes in temperature as resistance values. In other words, when the temperature increases, the voltage decreases.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the A49 sensor connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
NOTICE:
The temperature shown in the inspection condition is for the area surrounding the sensor, not the sensor itself.
NG -- REPLACE BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL ECU - BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR)
(a) Disconnect the A69 ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the A49 sensor connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE PASSENGER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK (ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL ECU)
