2UR-GSE FUEL: FUEL RELIEF VALVE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly.





(b) Using a 14 mm deep socket wrench, install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.

Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly and No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.
* Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipe during installation.

(c) Connect the No. 3 fuel hose.





2. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the intake air surge tank assembly Installation.

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK Fuel System
