BRAKE (FRONT): FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The following procedure is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

2. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

NOTICE:
Immediately wash off any brake fluid that comes into contact with any painted surfaces.

3. REMOVE FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE

(a) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), disconnect the front flexible hose from the brake line.





(b) Remove the clip and separate the front flexible hose from the body bracket.

(c) Remove the bolt and gasket, and remove the front flexible hose from the front disc brake cylinder assembly.





NOTICE:
* Do not kink or damage the brake line.
* Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake line from the clip or bracket.
