Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: HEATER GLOW PLUG: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS GLOW PLUG

(a) Install the water by-pass glow plugs.





Torque : 15 Nm (157 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the heater blower wires with the 2 nuts and 2 grommets, 2 spring washers, and 2 washers.





Torque : 2.7 Nm (28 kgf-cm, 24 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL HEATER WATER INLET HOSE Installation

3. INSTALL HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE Installation

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

for 2GR-FSE: Service and Repair

for 4GR-FSE: Service and Repair

5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

for 2GR-FSE: Testing and Inspection

for 4GR-FSE: Testing and Inspection

6. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER (for 2GR-FSE) Installation

7. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER (for 4GR-FSE) Installation

8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

9. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2GR-FSE) Installation

10. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 4GR-FSE) Installation
