BRAKE (FRONT): FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE: REMOVAL
NOTICE:
If both the left and right hoses are disconnected at the same time, be sure to place identification marks indicating the position on each side.
HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The following procedure is for the LH side.
1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
2. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
NOTICE:
If brake fluid leaks onto any painted surface, immediately wash it off.
3. REMOVE FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE (for Floating Type Caliper)
(a) Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the brake line from the front flexible hose.

NOTICE:
* Do not bend or damage the brake line.
* Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake line.
(b) Remove the clip.
(c) Remove the union bolt, gasket and front flexible hose from the disc brake cylinder assembly.
4. REMOVE FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE (for Opposed Type Caliper)
(a) Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the brake line from the front flexible hose.

(c) Remove the union bolt, gasket and front flexible hose from the disc brake cylinder assembly.
