Removal





WIPER AND WASHER: WASHER MOTOR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

2. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR LH Removal

5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

8. REMOVE NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 front fender liner LH screws.





(b) Disengage the engine under cover clip.





(c) Remove the 2 bolts, screw, and No. 3 cool air intake duct sub-assembly.





9. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

(a) Remove the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.





10. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/o Headlight Cleaner System)

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the bolt.





(c) Pull the upper part of the washer jar and pump upward to remove it from the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.

(d) Remove the 3 bolts and the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.





11. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

(a) Disconnect the 4 connectors.

(b) Loosen the clip and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.





(c) Remove the bolt.





(d) Pull the upper part of the washer jar and pump upward to remove it from the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.

(e) Remove the 3 bolts and the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.





12. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.





13. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

(a) Remove the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly.
