Removal





REAR SUSPENSION: REAR STABILIZER BAR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE LH

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and rear suspension member brace LH from the rear suspension member sub-assembly.





2. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE RH

HINT
Perform the same procedure as the LH side.

3. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the nut (A) and separate the rear stabilizer link assembly LH from the rear stabilizer bar.

HINT
If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a socket hexagon to hold the stud bolt.

(b) Remove the nut (B), rear stabilizer link assembly LH and 2 rear stabilizer cushions.

4. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Perform the same procedure as the LH side.

5. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR

(a) Remove the 4 bolts, rear stabilizer bar, 2 rear stabilizer bushings and rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket from the rear suspension member sub-assembly.





6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET

(a) Remove the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket from the 2 rear stabilizer bushings.

7. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BUSHING

(a) Remove the 2 rear stabilizer bushings from the rear stabilizer bar.
