HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

HINT
Removal.

2. REMOVE INVERTER BRACKET ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Slide the 2 clips out of the way and disconnect the 2 water hoses from the water pump with motor assembly.





NOTICE:
Do not damage the water hose protector when removing the clip.

(b) Disconnect the connector from the water pump with motor assembly.

NOTICE:
Wrap the connectors of the vehicle wire harness and the water pump with motor assembly with electrical tape to prevent SLLC from contaminating the connectors.

(c) Remove the 3 bolts and water pump with motor assembly.





NOTICE:
Do not hold the water pump with motor assembly by the connector terminals when removing or installing it.
