HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the water pump with motor assembly with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 6.1 Nm (62 kgf-cm, 54 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not hold the water pump with motor assembly by the connector terminals when removing or installing it.

(b) Connect the connector to the water pump with motor assembly.

(c) Connect the 2 water hoses to the water pump with motor assembly with the clips.

NOTICE:
* Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.
* Do not damage the water hose protector when installing the clip.
* Make sure to align the matchmarks of the hoses with the ribs of the water pump.
