Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: HEATER WATER PUMP: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the heater water pump assembly with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Install the 2 heater water hoses with the 2 clips.

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) On-Vehicle Inspection

5. INSPECT RESERVOIR TANK ENGINE COOLANT LEVEL (for Engine) On-Vehicle Inspection
