Disassembly

BRAKE: BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the stop light switch.





2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD





3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the nut, hexagon bolt and brake pedal support.





5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET COLLAR

(a) Remove the brake pedal bracket collar and 2 bushes from the brake pedal.





6. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the cushion from the brake pedal.
