DESCRIPTION

The driving support ECU uses the object recognition camera sensor to detect the lane markers around the vehicle.

1. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

HINT
If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

(1) Drive the vehicle at a 50 km/h (31 mph) or more, and operate lane-keeping assist system.

(b) Check for DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

OK:

DTC C1A01 is not output.

NG -- REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU Removal
