SEAT: FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 14 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage each hook as shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the 2 clips.

(c) Engage the 4 hooks.





(d) w/o Climate Control Seat System:

(1) Engage the 6 clamps.





(e) w/ Climate Control Seat System:

(1) Connect the 2 connectors.





(f) Engage the 6 clamps.

(g) Connect the connector.





(h) Engage the 3 fasteners and install the front seat cushion cover with pad.





3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD Reassembly

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/o Memory) Reassembly

6. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH (w/ Memory) Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY Reassembly

8. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

9. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY Reassembly

11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

12. ZERO POINT CALIBRATION (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Perform zero point calibration and sensitivity check Programming and Relearning.

13. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

14. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

15. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

16. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER Installation

17. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation

18. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
