Removal

PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Front Side): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the front bumper assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

(a) Disengage the wire harness clamp.





(b) Disconnect the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor connector.

(c) Slide the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer as shown in the illustration to remove it.





3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor bezel.





HINT
The illustration is for the RH side. The LH side is the opposite of the RH side.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR BEZEL

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor bezel from the front bumper assembly.
