1UR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: PCV VALVE: INSTALLATION

HINT
Although the part name refers to the ventilation valve sub-assembly, this procedure is for the PCV valve.

1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the ventilation valve sub-assembly.





Torque : 3.5 Nm (36 kgf-cm, 31 in-lbf)

HINT
When reusing the ventilation valve sub-assembly, inspect the O-ring.

If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE

(a) Install the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve sub-assembly.





3. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD

(a) Install the intake manifold Installation.
