1UR-FSE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

(a) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.





SST : 09224-00010

without SST - Torque : 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf)

with SST - Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

HINT
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.)

(b) Install the grommet to the vehicle.

(c) Connect the heated oxygen sensor connector.





2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

3. INSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

(a) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.





SST : 09224-00010

without SST - Torque : 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf)

with SST - Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

HINT
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.)

(b) Install the grommet to the vehicle.

(c) Connect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
