Removal

LIGHTING: SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR Disassembly

2. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Push the outside part of the outer rear view mirror assembly and tilt it as show in the illustration.





(b) Tilt the actuator as shown in the illustration.





(c) Remove the 4 screws.





(d) Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the outer rear view mirror visor.

(e) Disengage the guide.





(f) Disconnect the connector and remove the outer mirror light assembly.

3. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Push the outside part of the outer rear view mirror assembly and tilt it as show in the illustration.





(b) Using a needle-nosed pliers, disengage the 3 clips.





(c) Disengage the claw.

(d) Partially remove the adhesive tape around the wire harness.

(e) Disconnect the connector and remove the outer rear view mirror cover with side turn signal light.

(f) Remove the 3 clips.





(g) Remove the 2 screws.





(h) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the side turn signal light assembly.
