Invalid Data Received from Acceleration Sensor - Electronically Controlled Brake System





BRAKE CONTROL: ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM: C1442/44, C1443/34: Invalid Data Received from Acceleration Sensor
C1443/34 - Invalid Data Received from Yaw Rate Sensor

DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU receives signals from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor via the CAN communication system.

The yaw rate sensor has a built-in acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the yaw rate and acceleration sensor, perform zero point calibration Calibration.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC

(a) Clear the DTC Electronically Controlled Brake System.

(b) Start and idle the engine for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.

(c) Check if the same DTC is recorded Electronically Controlled Brake System.
