Applicability
Introduction
Some 2011 CT 200h vehicles equipped with leather seats may exhibit excessively wrinkled leather on the back side of the headrests. This condition can affect both the front and/or rear seat headrests. The leather on the back side of the headrests has been revised to minimize this condition.

Repair Procedure
1. Inspect the front and rear outboard headrest backs for excessive wrinkles (see Figure 1). If excessive wrinkles are found continue to step 2 if not this TSIB does not apply.
2. Remove the applicable headrests.
A. For front seat headrests:
Pull the headrest up while pressing the lock release button.
B. For rear outboard seat headrests:
Pull the headrest up while pressing the lock release buttons.
3. Install the new headrests.
A. For front seat headrests:
Align the headrest with the installation holes and push it down to the lock position. Press and hold the lock release button when lowering the head restraint.
B. For rear outboard seat headrests:
Align the head restraint with the installation holes and push it down to the lowest lock position.
