MIRROR (EXT): OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the claw to temporarily install the outer rear view mirror assembly.

(b) Install the outer rear view mirror assembly with the 3 nuts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(c) w/o Memory:

(1) Engage the clamp.

(d) w/ Memory:

(1) Engage the clamp.

HINT
Align the marking on the wire harness with the clamp, and then engage the clamp.

(e) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR

(a) Attach a new outer mirror protector according to the reference points on the front door panel.

Securely install the outer mirror protector preventing wrinkles and air bubbles.

3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER

(a) Engage the clamp.

HINT
Align the marking on the wire harness with the clamp, and then engage the clamp.

(b) Engage the 2 claws.

(c) Install the outer mirror install hole cover with the screw.

4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side) Reassembly

5. INSTALL DOOR ARMREST COVER (for Driver Side) Reassembly

6. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side) Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side) Reassembly

8. INSTALL DOOR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side) Reassembly

9. INSTALL DOOR ASSIST GRIP COVER (for Front Passenger Side) Reassembly

10. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side) Reassembly

11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH Reassembly

12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG Reassembly
