Rear View Monitor System





PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: REAR VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM: HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING

* Use the following procedure to troubleshoot the rear view monitor system.
* *: Use the Techstream (w/ Navigation System (for HDD)).

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

NEXT -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE

(a) Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the power switch off.

Standard Voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

NEXT -- Continue to next step.

3. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

4. CHECK AND CLEAR DTCs*

(a) Refer to DTC check/clear Navigation System (For HDD).

5. PROBLEM SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION

6. SYMPTOM SIMULATION

8. CHECK IF SAME SYMPTOM APPEARS IN NAVIGATION SYSTEM (for HDD)
