LIGHTING: SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR LH

(a) Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws.





HINT
Apply protective tape to the mirror body.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the mirror.





2. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Push the outside part of the outer rear view mirror assembly and tilt it as show in the illustration.





(b) Tilt the actuator as shown in the illustration.





(c) Remove the 4 screws.





(d) Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the outer rear view mirror visor LH.

(e) Disengage the guide.





(f) Disconnect the connector and remove the outer mirror light assembly.

(g) Push the outside part of the outer rear view mirror assembly and tilt it as show in the illustration.





(h) Using a needle-nosed pliers, disengage the 3 clips.





(i) Disengage the claw.

(j) Partially remove the adhesive tape around the wire harness.

(k) Disconnect the connector and remove the outer rear view mirror cover with side turn signal light.

(l) Remove the 3 clips.





(m) Remove the 2 screws.





(n) Detach the 2 clamps and remove the side turn signal light.
