Convertible Top: Service Precautions

CONVERTIBLE: RETRACTABLE HARDTOP SYSTEM: PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
* When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.
* When operating the roof manually, make sure that the audio system is turned OFF and the radio antenna is retracted.






HINT
The retractable hardtop system operates when the following conditions are met.

* Ignition switch ON

* Vehicle speed is 5 km/h (3 mph) or less

* Luggage door opener main switch is ON

* Tonneau cover switch is ON (Only when roof is open)

* Luggage courtesy switch is ON

* Battery voltage is normal
