1. REPLACE CD WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK

(a) Replace the CD with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.

OK:

Malfunction disappears.

NG -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

OK -- CD IS FAULTY
