B2544 - Transponder Key ECU Communication Stop

DESCRIPTION

The sliding roof control ECU receives the multiplex signals (ignition switch position).

Since the sliding roof control ECU inputs the ignition signal directly, it can recognize the ignition switch position using either the ignition signal or multiplex signals.

(a) Check the wire harness B1214.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE TRANSPONDER KEY ECU
