SEAT: REAR SEATBACK HEATER (for Power Seat): INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

2. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH Reassembly

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP RH Reassembly

4. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly

5. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly

6. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH Reassembly

8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH Reassembly

10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

15. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Reassembly

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH Reassembly

19. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Installation

20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation

21. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Installation

22. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Installation

23. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.

24. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER Installation

25. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.

26. CHECK REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the power seat operation Operation Check

(b) Check the climate control seat system Operation Check.

(c) Check the seat vibration system Operation Check.
