SEAT: REAR SEATBACK HEATER (for Ottoman): INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.
1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
2. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH Reassembly
3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH Reassembly
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP RH Reassembly
5. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly
6. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU RH Reassembly
7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH Reassembly
9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly
10. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY RH Reassembly
11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:

12. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Reassembly

15. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU LH Reassembly
16. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly
17. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Reassembly
18. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly
20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Installation
21. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX (w/ Rear Console Box) Installation

25. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.
26. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER Installation
27. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
28. CHECK REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
(a) Check the power seat operation Operation Check.
(b) Check the climate control seat system Operation Check.
(c) Check the seat vibration system Operation Check.
