DOOR LOCK: FRONT DOOR LOCK: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
* After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.

4. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER LH Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR LOWER LH Removal

10. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE COVER LH Removal

11. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME GARNISH PAD LH Removal

12. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH Removal

13. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH Removal

14. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE LOCKING CABLE ASSEMBLY LH Removal
