This is the power source for the motors.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT FUSE (TI & TE)
(a) Remove the TI & TE fuse from the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH).
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - BATTERY)
(a) Disconnect the J28 connector from the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MAIN BODY ECU RH)
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - BODY GROUND)
(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column System
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MAIN BODY ECU RH)
(a) Disconnect the RA connector from the main body ECU RH (cowl side junction block RH).
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - MAIN BODY ECU RH)
OK -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (BATTERY - MAIN BODY ECU RH (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH))
