Installation

BRAKE: BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER (for 2GR-FSE): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER WITH PLATE CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new O-ring to the brake master cylinder sub-assembly.

(b) Install the brake master cylinder sub-assembly to the booster assembly with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 12.5 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(c) Using SST, connect the 2 brake tubes to the brake master cylinder sub-assembly.

SST : 09023-00101





Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)

(d) Engage the clamp and connect the warning switch connector.

2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM RELAY NO.3 BLOCK

(a) Install the relay block No.3 with the bolt and nut.





Torque : 12.5 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

3. ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

4. BLEED MASTER CYLINDER Service and Repair

5. BLEED BRAKE LINE Service and Repair

6. BLEED ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY Service and Repair

7. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR Service and Repair

8. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK

9. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH Installation

11. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH Installation

13. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR TO FRONT SIDE SEAL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

15. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR TO FRONT SIDE SEAL SUB- ASSEMBLY RH Installation

16. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE Installation

17. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

18. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation
