DESCRIPTION

The millimeter wave radar sensor and distance control ECU transmit the data for general vehicle control and diagnosis function through the communication line.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (DYNAMIC RADAR CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM)

(a) Drive the vehicle at a speed for which cruise control operation is possible.

(b) Turn the cruise control main switch on.

(c) Check DTCs for the dynamic radar cruise control system Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System.

B -- GO TO DYNAMIC RADAR CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM
A -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM)

(a) Clear the DTCs Pre-Collision System.

(b) Recheck for DTCs.

OK:

U0235 and/or U1102 is not output.

NG -- REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

OK -- CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS (SYMPTOMS SIMULATION)
