BRAKE: REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedure listed below are for the LH side.
1. REMOVE ABS MOTOR RELAY (for 1UR-FSE)

(a) Remove the 2 ABS motor relays with the engine switch off.





2. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

3. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

4. REMOVE REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE

(a) Remove the brake tube with a SST while holding the rear brake flexible hose with a wrench.

SST : 09023-00101





NOTICE:
* Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
* Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter rear brake flexible hose with a wrench.
(b) Remove the clip.

(c) Remove the union bolt, the rear brake flexible hose and gasket.
